Fitling has no sign-in, no email, no server-side profile. Everything the app remembers about you lives on your phone. Two ways to make it all go away.

Inside the app

Open Fitling, go to the You tab, scroll to Reset, confirm. Every saved Glow score, quest, memory, journal entry, decor placement, and event greeting clears in one tap.

Uninstall

Removing Fitling from your phone removes the entire data sandbox the app keeps. Reinstalling is a fresh start — same as a brand-new install on a new device.

What about analytics?

The anonymous usage signals Fitling sends are keyed only to a random install ID generated on your device. There is no name, email, IP-derived identifier, or device fingerprint attached. Without a way to tie the events back to you, there is nothing personally identifiable to delete on the server side.

If you'd rather no signals are sent at all, the analytics opt-out in the You tab stops the flush completely.

Health Connect

Fitling reads health data with your permission, but never writes back. To revoke any of those permissions, open Health Connect on your phone and tap Apps and permissions → Fitling.
