Fitling is free to use. No accounts. No purchases. By installing the app, you agree to a few small things.
What you can do
You can install Fitling on devices you own and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, for as long as these terms are in effect.
What's ours
The app, its art, its voice lines, and the names of the eighteen species belong to us. Don't copy, redistribute, resell, or take it apart and build something else with the pieces.
Not medical advice
Fitling visualises your activity. It is not a doctor, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional care. If something about your health worries you, please talk to a clinician.
Free, and staying free
There are no in-app purchases. You cannot buy a spirit, a colour, or a shortcut. If we ever introduce an optional paid feature (we don't plan to), it will be opt-in and announced before it ships.
Please don't
- Use the app to harm or harass anyone.
- Reverse-engineer or repackage the app, except where local law expressly allows it.
- Strip or hide attribution, brand marks, or these terms.
As-is
The app is provided as-is. We don't promise it'll be perfect, uninterrupted, or accurate down to the last decimal. To the maximum extent the law allows, neither we nor anyone working with us is liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the app. Where local consumer-protection law gives you more, that law wins.
If you stop
You can leave at any time by uninstalling the app — that removes the local data with it.
When this changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and note material changes in-app on the next launch.
